Participant Instructions – Before You Join:
To get the most out of this workshop, please:

• Find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed
• Use a laptop or PC (avoid mobile phones for better visibility and interaction)
• Check that your microphone works – you’ll be invited to speak during some activities
• Bring a notepad and pen for journaling and reflection exercises
• Join on time so you don’t miss the opening activities
• Be ready to turn on your camera – we’d love to see and hear from you
